No. 76-83 adopted. <br />Service Director Caster requested the nett two pieces of legislation be gassed <br />on emergency. <br />Resolution No. 76-101 was introduced by Mr. West. A Resolution suthoriziag the <br />Service Director to advertise for bids for 1000 tons of slag, and authorising the <br />Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for <br />suspension of rule requiring thr~ separate readings, seconded by Mr. Wilamosky. <br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boeh~rer, Goggin, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamasky. <br />Mr. West moved for adopt~.oa, seconded by Mr. Wilamosky. A Resolution authorizing the <br />Service Director to advertise for bids for 5500 tons of asphalt, and authorizing <br />the Mayor to contract for save, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for <br />suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, secox~ed by Mrs. Sharpe. <br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, r, Coggin, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. <br />Mr. West moved for adoption, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. No. <br />76-102 adopted. <br />President Lampert asked Mayor Christman if he would administer the Oath of Office <br />to Mr. Robert Swietyniosrski to Recreation Cospsission. Mayor Christer stared <br />same to Mr. Swietyniowski to the Recreation Commission, term expiring 12/31176. <br />Mr. .West moved for adjourawsnt, seconded by Mr. Beaty.
