<br />A Resolution adopting the budget of the City of North Olrusted for the fiscal
<br />year beginning January 1, 177, and submitting the same to the County Auditor

<br />Service Director Caster requested the nett two pieces of legislation be gassed
<br />on emergency.
<br />Resolution No. 76-101 was introduced by Mr. West. A Resolution suthoriziag the
<br />Service Director to advertise for bids for 1000 tons of slag, and authorising the
<br />Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for
<br />suspension of rule requiring thr~ separate readings, seconded by Mr. Wilamosky.

<br />Resolution No. 76-102 was introduced by Mr. West. A Resolution authorizing the
<br />Service Director to advertise for bids for 5500 tons of asphalt, and authorizing
<br />the Mayor to contract for save, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for
<br />suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, secox~ed by Mrs. Sharpe.

<br />President Lampert asked Mayor Christman if he would administer the Oath of Office
<br />to Mr. Robert Swietyniosrski to Recreation Cospsission. Mayor Christer stared
<br />same to Mr. Swietyniowski to the Recreation Commission, term expiring 12/31176.
<br />Mr. .West moved for adjourawsnt, seconded by Mr. Beaty. Affirmative vote: Beaty,
<br />Boehmer, Coggin, Sariager, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried.
