Guiao and Mr. Geitz, the Architect, and were 'abxxrsn plans for the ree~vation of the ald Stern 9artaeting Tool Building at 2478'9 Lorain Ltd. which is to be a wholesale and retail surgical supply busi~ss. Coemittee has no objeections to this and were pleased at the prospect of having this building rasmavated. Mrs. Sharpe moved to approve the pa.atg st this site, seconded by Mr. Coggin. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Baebsyer, Coggin, Sarin$er, Sharpe, blast, Wilamosky. Motion carried. 8) Coastittee also discussed t>~ recreational area developnatt plan for City Line Estates, at Barton Act. , south of the Cat eaarsatent. Caastittee felt at this time that more information and itt is before consideration of this proposal. Mrs. Staarpe requtests at this fiats that this gropa~sal aetd plans be fortmerded to the Ltec~teaCioa Catatadssion for further st~-, and ra~quaests the Clerk to notify Mr. Getttdy to farsard all is-ioz~ttatia~t to the Lleerawtion Cotamissian.
