Guiao and Mr. Geitz, the Architect, and <br />were 'abxxrsn plans for the ree~vation of the ald Stern 9artaeting Tool Building <br />at 2478'9 Lorain Ltd. which is to be a wholesale and retail surgical supply <br />busi~ss. Coemittee has no objeections to this and were pleased at the prospect <br />of having this building rasmavated. <br />Mrs. Sharpe moved to approve the pa.atg st this site, seconded by Mr. Coggin. <br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, Baebsyer, Coggin, Sarin$er, Sharpe, blast, Wilamosky. <br />Motion carried. <br />8) Coastittee also discussed t>~ recreational area developnatt plan for City Line <br />Estates, at Barton Act. , south of the Cat eaarsatent.
