s y. <br />Council Minutes of 5-18-76 -12- <br />being an assessment for sidewalks. Mr. Boehmer moved for suspension of rule <br />requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmative vote: <br />Beaty, Boehser, Coggin, Saringer, Sharpe, West. Mr. Boehmer sowed for adoption, <br />seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affismative vote: Beaty, Boehser, Coggin, Saringer, <br />Sharpe, 'Best. Motion carried. Ord. No. 76-78 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 76-79 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for recording ~rposes only the R.K.&. Subdivision No. 1 <br />in the City of North Olmsted, Presi~4ent Liwpert referred ease into B. Z. & D. <br />Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 76-80 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance accepting as t for the construction of a sanitary sower over <br />permanent parcel No. 23Z-3-16 located on Martin Drive in the City of North Oissted. <br />President Lampert referred ease into Environmental Control Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 76-81 was introduced by Mr. West and given ita first reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />for repairs to sanitary sewers. <br />Under Old Business: <br />Mr. Beaty discussed with Mrs. Beringer the list of streets scheduled for paving <br />and if the list is finalized or is it cowing before Council.. Mrs. Beringer <br />explained the Comsi.ttes and Public Works Cor~issicmer toured all of the :treats <br />and pretty Much determined that those on the list are the worst ones. The Service <br />Dept. has the priority list and President Lispert suggested to Mr. Beaty he could <br />make up a list and subsit it to Streets b Drainage Ccrsmittee for consideration. <br />President Lia~ert questioned statue of Angola Ditch. Mayor Christsan stated <br />he questioned Mr. Caster on this last week and arrangesents have been made to <br />get in there but to his knowledge no cleaning has been done pet. <br />Under New Business: <br />Mrs. Beringer announced{the Landmarks Cowwission will Beet on June 2, 1976, <br />8:00 P.M., City Hall. <br />President Lampert referred letter from Building Dept. in connection with screening <br />rubbish containers in multiple dwellings to Mr. West, Chairman Environmental <br />Control Committee for review. <br />Mr. West moved to excuse the absence of Councilman Wilamosky, seconded by Mr. <br />Coggin. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Coggin, Saringer, Sharpe, West. <br />Motion carried. <br />Mr. West moved for adjournment, secasuled by Mrs. Sharpe.
