Council Minutes of 10-X13•-77 <br />-5- <br />Ordinance No. 77-165 introduced by Mr. Beaty was given its second reading, An <br />Ordinance amending Section 2(A) of Ordinance No. 76-157 entitled "An Ordinance <br />establishing the organization and composition of the Police Department: salaries <br />and various benefits for the members of the Police Department: various rules, <br />regulations and employee rights and repealing Ord. No. 76-126 enacted August 17, <br />1976 and declaring an emergency" which said ordinance was adopted by this Council <br />on November 3, 1976, ae amended. <br />Ordinance No. 77-169 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance to enact new Chapter 555 of the General Offenses Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted relating to noise and the <br />control thereof. <br />Ordinance No. 77-170 introduced by Mr. Wilamasky was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance approving a Memorandum of understanding with the American Federation <br />of State, County and Municipal E~layees, establishing the remuneration for <br />certain employees in the Public Works Mvision of the Department of Public Service <br />of the City of North Olmsted and repealing Ord. No. 75-198 enacted September 2, <br />1975, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule <br />requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Beaty, <br />Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamoaky. Mr. Wilsmosky moved for <br />adoption, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, <br />Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 77-170 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 77-175 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the filing of a petition in the Court of Comm Pleas of <br />Cuyahoga County for the organization of a Regional Water District pursuant to <br />Chapter 6119, Ohio Revised Code, authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Law of <br />this City to sign such petition on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 77-176 was introduced by Mrs. Saringer and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution declaring the necessity of repairing a sidewalk in the City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio and requiring the abutting property owner at 25870 Rennedq Ridge <br />Road, permanent parcel No. 236-10-30, to respair the same. President Limpert <br />referred same into Streets & Drainage Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 77-177 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmsted <br />to provide for the installation of stop signs at the intersection of Burns Road <br />and Southern Avenue. President Limpert referred same into Transportation Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 77-178 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the K.C.B. Company Subdivision <br />in the City of North Olmsted. President Limpert referred same into Building, <br />Zoning & Development Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 77-179 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky. An Ordinance authorizing <br />the Mayor to pure:=use 3ointly with the North Olmsted Board of Education certain <br />property located on Stearns Road owned by John P. and Jane L. Mariner, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring <br />three separate rea~tjngs, seconded by Mr. West. Reason: we have 60 days after <br />the signing of thF. wgreemsnt. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, <br />Saringer, Sharpe, tiast, W~lamosky.
