<br />An Ordinance adopting an OrgaariEational Chart for the Acbeinistration to be headed
<br />by the Mayor, as provided for in Article III, Section 1 through S, iacluaive, of
<br />the Charter of the City of North 07,meted, and in addition thereto, providing
<br />positions far employees of this departasentt, and repealing Ordinance Na. 76-1i2
<br />enacted September 7, 2976, and declaring sn emergency. Mr. Wilamosky mcaved for
<br />adoption, seconded by Mrs. Shame. Mr. Fairfiesld stated he would like discussion
<br />on the next five organizational charts: discussed the 7X increase: last year the
<br />increase was retroactive to Marti 1st and this year it is retroactive to Januarq let,
<br />Mayor stated these are the terms that had been worked out: Mr. Fairfield questioned
<br />that kind of an increase; also stage of the executive positions as far as cosparable
<br />to industry; would like to know rte tb~ese people are on the scale so that Council
<br />would know what they are allocating sad it is not fabric in their minds. Discussion
<br />ensued. Mayor stated the figures are available front the Finance Department, etc.

<br />of the City of North Olmsted, aced setting forth the compensation to be paid
<br />employees thereof, and repealing Ord. No. 76-109 enacted Septe~aer 7, 1976, and
<br />declaring as emergency. Mrs. Sharpe moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Wilamosky.
<br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Sariager, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion
<br />carried. Oxd. No. 77-103 adapted.

<br />Properties Section of the Public Wcarks Division of the Departm~ts of Public
<br />Service of the City of North 03,arted, setting forth the perso~el needed and
<br />establishing the remuneration for certain employees of said sectiaga and repealing
<br />Ord. No. 76-107 enacted on September 7, 1976, and declaring sn enMer;~ncy, as
<br />amended. Mr. Wilamosky moved for ar~caption, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmative
<br />vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Beringer, Sharpe, Wilamoakp. Motion carried.
