<br />Mr. Jim Login, 24115 Vincent Drive, addressed Council with respect tQ legislation
<br />passed urging the State of Ohio to reduce the speed limit on Brookpark Rd. pas~ared
<br />two years ago, and the request from Colu~us for the City to submit a study which
<br />the City had not complied with. Lengthy discussion ensued.

<br />Ordinance No. 77-54 introduced by Mr. Fairfield was given its third reading.
<br />An Ordinance amending Section 351.11 entitled "Truck Parking in Residential
<br />and Business Districts" of Chapter 351 ~rtitled "Parking Generally" of the
<br />Traffic Code of the City of North Oi~t~d~ Mr. Fairfield moved for .adoption,
<br />seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative v+ate: Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer,
<br />Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried.. Ord. No. 77-54 adopted.
<br />Resolution No. 77-59 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading.
<br />A Resolution authorizing Che Service Director to advertise. for bids for 1p00 tons
<br />of slag, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, ana declaring an emergency.

<br />Resolution No. 77-60 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading.
<br />A Resolution authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bide for 5500 toss
<br />of asphalt, and authorizing the 1~3ayvr to contract for same, and declaring an
<br />emergency. Mr. Wil~sky moved for adoption, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmative
<br />vote: Beaty, Bvehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried.

<br />Resolution No. 7761 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its third reading.
<br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Pine Subdivision in the,
<br />City of North Olmsted. Mrs. Sharpe moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Fairfield.

<br />Ordinance No. 77-64 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its third reading. An
<br />Ordinance amending Section 12 of Ordinance No. 75-195 entitled "An Ordinance
<br />amending Ord. No. 74-166 entitled `An Ordinance to provide for proper drainage
<br />of surface water within the City of North Olmsted', by providing for the further
<br />regulation and inspection of the installation of private storm water drainage
<br />systems", adopted by Council on Septe~er lb, 1975. Mr. Boehmer moved for adoption,
<br />seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe,
<br />West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No, 77-64 adopted.
<br />Ordinance No. 77-65 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its third reading. An
<br />Ordinance establishing design standards for sidewalk curb ramps in alI new
<br />subdivisions and streets being constructed or reconstructed in the City of North
<br />Olmsted. Mrs. Sharpe moved far adoption, seconded by Mr. Wilamosky. Affirmative

<br />An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of $188,000 of bonds for the purpose of
<br />paying the cost of acquiring certain real estate and interests therein, which
<br />real estate was originally acquired as a site for a City Hospital, and declaring
<br />an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate
