Council Minutes of 9-5-78 -13- Mr. Beaty reported that a month ago he recommended the appointment of Mrs. Hodgins to the Flanning Committee. Ropers the Mayor is considering this recommendation. Requested the Mayor to look into the possibility of an 8 foot fence all along the bike path. Would like to comm~d the Com~mity Council far the eucellent job they did at Homecoming. Mayor 9wietyniowski stated he intends to handle this through his office and will add council's appreciation. Mr. Beaty discussed with the Service Director the status of equipment for the winter and various related subjects. Mr. Limgert discussed the probleaes with regard to constructional I-480. Referred to one area on Kennedy Ridge. The dirt that is left on the street in fraeJt of homes, not only here but on Fitch 8oad, is really bad. In other areas, they are making them boas the streets down each day. Gan ~ pplice this aad insist they do this in North Olmsted. At this particular residence on xennedy Ridge, the drive- way is still torn up; the water line shut off is misplaced and there is no in- tention of correcting it at~d the street limit which was remavesd in this area has been requested to be replaced on mother pole, Asked l~r. Corrigan to follow up on this and make sure it is taken care of. Mr. Boehmer moved for adjournment, seconded by Mr. Logan. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Sari~-~r, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned to the call of the Clerk at 11:20 P. M. Florence E.
