Council Minutes of 9-5-78 _g_ There is no question -the garter specifically states that this Council will allocate the money. It is not the Rec Cosplex Manager - it is sot the Safety Director -nor anyone of those who were referred to in the newsletter as possibly having control. E~i.cil has control. An ordinance amending Secti~ 1 and Seet+~n 2 e~f Ordinance No. 78-15 entitled "An ordinance establtehing c anon to be paid to the etitployees of tine North Olmsted t~icipal Bus Lira, asd declaring an eti~ergency", and declaring an etiter- gency, as amended. Mr. Boee~rer ti~aved for a#+t~tion, seconded by Mr. Beaty. Affirmative vote: Beaty, r, Logan, ~etrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamoaky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 78-101 adopted:. Before casting her vote, Mrs. Beringer cotitinented that at the Last sreetng she ' suggested that this o once should be made into two sections -•div3,ding the bus drivers' salaries frooa a administrative. It was not done. Her reason for this was that she ~esn't want to y the bus drivers an increase in salas^~- but tbes~e are tisas when she feels t'~ administrative personnel should sot wsarramt an inczease. Since both the bus drivers and administrative salaries are covered in this one ordinance, she Mould not vote against the bus driver, so will vr~te "Fes". Resolution No. 78-104 introduced by Abr.
