Mrs. Petrigac moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative votes i~tty, Bosi~rsr, Logan, Petrigac, Beringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Bes. ~. 78-52 adopted. Under Old Business: Mr. Wilamosky discussed Section 555.11, pare-graph B of Ord. No. 77-126, with Mrs. Petrigac. President Limpert discussed with Safetq Director Pets the roof sections on blocks on Fitch Road. This matter hopefully will be taken care of by next Cotmcil Meeting. Under New Business: Mr. Logan moved Connell approve the following projects for the Comewaity Desiopment Block Grant Funds: 1) use remaining money left over after the interim senior center is renovated, from 1977 allocation, plus 197$ allocation of $117,000. minus $12,000. for restroos facilities at Barton & Bradley Rds., and $2,600. for landmarks .projects, ~i all of 1979 allocation for a Senior Canter. A~otion seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Mrs. Sarit~er stated before her vote that when Council net pre~riowly, ids. Sari~nr did support 10{1X of futuls going to the Senior Center; however, will not vote against the priorities tonight. Service Director Corrigan comnrnted on a meeting on April 14th with Mrs. King of Department of Susan ~teaources and the Earth Action Group which is chaired by a biology teacher at Wirth Olmsted High 3choal. They are interested in developing a broad spectrum rec~li~ progras for the City.
