LEGISLATION: President Lispert stated the legislation entitled "An Ordinance vacating Margo Drive from Michael Ave. to the right of way of I-480, in the City of Forth Olmsted" is numbered 78-11; and the lagislatioo entitled "A Resolution accepting fer record- ing purposes only the Margo Drive Resubdivison in the City of North Olmsted" is numbered 78-12. Ordinance No. 77-174 introduced by Mrs. S'pe was given its second reading as amended.
