Mr. Robert Hill will preeEnt basiC aud initial chaagea. This meetiag is <br />open for discuseion, revisian, suggestions, etc., and Council 3s in,vited to attend. <br />4) Todaq, received the final payment of $3,040 in the settlement of tt?e case of the <br />City vs Forepaugh and Sona. The Recreatton Commissior? assied the expense for the <br />new rubber meAbrane roof with the stipulatian that if thf.a case wats settled auad <br />moneq returned to the City, it would go into the Iiecreation Department budget. <br />Finance Director Brockman has done so. <br />President Limpert ataked if City has any legal racours+t with respeet to thaa tobog W <br />run.
