Petrigac stated that due to the lateness of the hour, students freqvently have to leave before they can partici.pate in the audience participation part of the Council Meetings. President Linpert advised that in the fnture, Ccruncil slxould be made aware of this and the agen;ta could be aseanded to allaw theen to partieipate ear2ler in the evening. Mayor stated Chere is a Aoral obl.iprstian to help thdse other conmunities as has been dane in the past.
