Mr. Wiiamosky <br />moved for suspension of rule reqdcittt?g three readistgs, seconded bq Mr. Lagan. Mr. Beaty <br />stated he would like to have this resolutivn amended ta add a new sectic3n statin,g <br />that this rasolution will aupercede Resolution No. 78-$5 which sueborized advert3.sing <br />for bids for similar equigment, which was passed an July 5, 1978. Mr. Lagan called for <br />the quest3on. Roll call oa motion: A€firmative vote: Boehmer, Logan, Sharpe, Wilamoffiky. <br />Negative vote: Beaty, Petrigac. 4 Ayes - 2 Nays - Motion defeated. Mrs. Sharpe <br />suggested that Res6lution No. 79-55 be added to the agendaof the 3pecial Couneil <br />Meeting on Apri2 25th. President Pro Tom Boehmer agreed to do so. <br />Resolution No. 79-56 introduced by Mz. Logaa was given its first reading. A resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Public Sofety to atlverCise for bids for iasurance with <br />respect to the North Olmsted R+ecreation Campleu, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 79-57 introduced by Mrs. Shas'po was givsn its €irst reading.
