Absent: Presidsnt of Council Deweq H. Limpert, Councilmen Beaty and Logaa. Special Meeting of Council was called b order by President Pro Tem Boehmer at 7:30 P.M. President Pro Tem Boehmer annouaced that Ordinance No. 79-37 has heen amended and is on second reading this evening. LEGI3IATION : Resolution No. 74-21 intxoduced by Mr. Bcobner was given its third reading. A reso- lution authoriziag and dfrecting the Msyar to make app2lcation to the Cupar?aga Cotm[q Board of Coamissioners for apgroval to uee Cuyahogs Countq Mator Vrhicle $5.00 Licenae Tax Funds for participatiaa with the County in the improvemeret of traffic signa1 con- trol devices at the Loraia Road intersecrioas af Stearns Reaad, Sparky Lane, Great Northern Blvd., and Culiaubia Road, and declaring an emorgency. President Fro Tam Boehmer moved for adoption, seconded by Mra. Shsrpe. A€firmative vote: Baehser, Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamoaky. Motion carried. Resalution No. 79-21 advpted. Resolueion No. 79-29 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its third readiag. A reso- lution authoriziag the Director of Public Safetp to advertise for bids for ane hundred (100) pairs of rental skates for uee at tha Recreatf.on Coaplex. MrB.
