. <br />MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITX OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />DECEMIDER 6, 1980 <br />Present: President Dewey H. Limpert, Councilmen Boehmer, McKay, <br />Saringer, Wilamasky, Woerpel. <br />Also present: Building Commissioner Gundy, Clerk of Council Florence Camgbell. <br />Absent: Councilmen Logan and Petrigac. <br />Special Meeting of Council was called to order by President Limpert at 4:00 P.M. <br />Mr. Boehmer moved for suspension of rule requiring 24 hour written notice for <br />Special Meetings of CounCil, seconded by Mr. Woerpel. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, <br />McKay, Saringer, Wilamosky, Woerpel. Motion carried. <br />Building-Coimnissioner Gundy presented the plans and drawings for the Great <br />Northern Shopping Center greund sign and landscaping, stating that in his <br />opinion they meet the standards of the Zoning Code. <br />Mr. Boehmer moved Council approve the development sign and landscaping for <br />Great Northern Shopping Center as presented, seconded bq Mr. McKay. Affirmative <br />vote: Boehmer, McKay, Saringer, WilamoBky, Woerpel. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Boehmer moved Council excuse the absence of Councilmen Logan and Petrigac, <br />seconded by Mr. Woerpel. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, McKay, Saringer, Wilamosky, <br />Woerpel. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Boehmer moved for adjournment, seconded by Mr. Woerpel.
