<br />City Engineer Zuraweki poirtted out a neaumber of errors in Ordinance No. 79-139.
<br />Mr. Lagan asked why, siace thi: legislation waa iatroduced over a year ago, the
<br />City Engineer had not brought eten to the BZD Ccmtttee'a atteation. Mr. Zurawaki
<br />replied that at no time was he roquested to comwent on this legialsticra; he hsd
<br />some diacussicrn with the Ls,r Dira+etor and indicsted that sase changoa had to be
<br />made but whether or aot thep xere fncorporated, he really did not kaaw. Mrr. Wilawsky
<br />requested the Clerk ta forward a copy of this ordinance to the Engineer and requasted
<br />that he outllAe the pointa he just discemsed fa a report to Couacii withla tbe next
<br />week. President Lispert atated that a caucus ia he].d prior to every Council Weeting
<br />at which ti'e matters of th3a natture ahctuld be reportacl; it is ridiculcsus tu wait
