MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE <br />COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />NOVIIMBER 19, 1980 <br />Present: President Dewey H. Limpert, Councilmen, Boehmer, McKay, <br />Petrigac, Wilamosky. <br />Also present: Mayor Robert Swietyniowski, Service Director Joseph Corrigan, <br />Clerk of Council Florence Campbell. <br />Absent: Councilmen Logan, Saringer and Woerpel. <br />Special Meeting of Council was called to order by President Limpert at 7:50 P.M. <br />Mrs. Petrigac moved to arnend Ordinance No. 79-139, Section 1000.10 General <br />Provisions, (D) Paving, (1) to read "shail have a minimum width of 28 feet <br />measured from back of curb to back of curb; etc.", seconded by Mr. Boehmer. <br />Affirmative vote: Boehmer, McKay, Petrigac, Wilamosky. Motion carried. <br />Mrs. Petrigac moved to amend Ordinance No. 79-139, Se, <br />Provisions, (D) Paving, (2) to read "Areas other than <br />(8") reinforced concrete pavement with barrier curbs, <br />inside face.", seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Roll call on <br />Boehmer, Petrigac. Negative vote: McKay, Wilamosky. <br />deciding vote "Aye". 3 Aye - 2 Nay - Motion carried. <br />ztion 1000.10 General <br />residential: Eight inch <br />28 feet inside face to <br />motian: Affirmative vote: <br />President Limpert cast <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Or.dinance No..79-139 introduced by Mr. Beaty was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing regulations for major and minor subdivisions within the <br />City of North Olmsted,'as amended. <br />President Limpert read a letter from Mrs. Estella King who has been appointed <br />by Mayor Swietyniowski as liason person from the City of North Olinsted to the <br />United States Council for the International Year of Disabled Persons. <br />Mrs. King requests the Council of the City of North Olmsted to appoint a rep- <br />resentative to serve on a working committee which will identify problems, <br />set goals, and establish objectives and develop projects for 1981. There being <br />no objection from Council, President Liinpert appointed Councilwoman Petrigac to <br />serve as Council's representative to this committee. <br />Mr. Boehmer moved to excuse the absence of Councilmen Logan, Saringer, and <br />Woerpel, seconded by Mr. McKay. RoII call on motion: Affirmative vote: <br />Boehmer, McKay, Petrigac. Negative vote: Wilamosky. 3 Aye - 1 Nay - Motion <br />carried. <br />Mr. Boehmer moved for adjournment, seconded 'oy Mr. McKay.
