Lfxpert, Cauucilmn Boehmer, Logan, McKaY, <br />Petrigac, 3ariager, Wi1amookp, Woerpel, <br />Also present: Mayor Robert Swietqniawk3,, Law Dirsctor Michael Gar*au, Fi.aaace <br />Director RoberC Hrockam, Safety Mrector Eugene Fetre, Service <br />Director Jos"h Carr#,gm, t,y,ty gngineer Rona1d gurawski, elerk <br />of Council F1orence Campbell. <br />Meeting was called to order by Presideat Limpert at 8:05 P.M. <br />President Limpert invitecl members of the audience to join Members of Council in re- <br />citing the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Minutes of Council Meetiag of November g, 1980, were appraved. <br />President Limpert auttouncad that twa pi;eces of lagia].ation hav+e beso edded to the <br />agenda; Mr. Wilamoskq w1,31 ba reparting out an, Ordinance No. $0-139 and Mr. Woerpel <br />will be reporting on Resolution No. S}-240. <br />President Limpert also announced that a Specisl Meeting of Council has been scheduled <br />for Wednesdaq, Noveaber 19, 1980, st ?: 30 P.M., for Ordiaance No, 79-139, an ordin- <br />ance establishing regulations for najor and ml,AOr subdivieions within the q.ty of <br />North Olmsted, as ameadad, which is on ascond reading. <br />Service Director Corrigan reported: 1) SSessrwice Depsrtment is well prepared €or <br />winter anow reffioval with a tatal of 15 pier,es of Iarge equipment for general use and <br />3 small vehicles for cul-de-sac piowing. <br />City Engiaeer Zurawski reported: 1) Regarding the Facility Plaa, on Nova,mber 4th, <br />received notification from Mr. Gregor}+ L. Binder, Chtef, Mvision of Public Waste- <br />water, Office of Wastewater Po1lution Ccntro1, from the Ohio EPA, that they hava <br />approved City's application to perform SSES. They are forwarding it to U3ffi'A with <br />rmccmendation for approval. <br />2) Regardtng Step Two, reeeived etn iaquiry regarding pre-treatment of industrial <br />waatee which will be answered within thtrtq daqs. <br />3) Itegarding Dover Center Road Frcject, met with Westlake officials, Mayar Elect and <br />Actiug Maqor, as well as the ccnieultasnt to discuss pragrese of the improvement glans. <br />4) I-480 ogening hae been postpanad until December 10th which ia the camp2etion date <br />for the ea$ternmost sectian. Have iaspected the middle sectioa wl.thia the City and <br />have received a regly from ODUT regarding our inepection coments regarding the <br />eastern section. <br />5) Are currently working with Che Finsnce Degartment to clarify many financial <br />records which are jointlp aftinistered by Engineering and Finaace Dsegartmaants. <br />Some-of tlese accounts go back as far se 1968 and should be clased out. <br />6) Have recently acquired reproducibla mylars for abaut 902 of the sani.tary aewer <br />system and are ia the process of cata.l.Qgtng th+ese so prints caaa be nsda as neected. <br />? 7) ReQueated the chair in his office be rtplaced.
