Audraseff, Charles Aior,kbee, Vice <br />Preeident of Fogg Building, snd Mr, Kayne Ruhn from McDona3d sad Company. Dis- <br />cussed whather the CIC wished to consicter s formula requiriag creatictn of a certain <br />number of new jaba as a criteria for eligibility, to be imserted fn the eif.stfng <br />guidelittee or in the Code o€ Regulatioas. No firm action was tdken an this issve; <br />Mr. Ruha urged flexibiliCy. Also disctseeed receat pressures an Congrl" with raepect <br />to proliferaCioa of induatrisl ravaeme bonds being useci for recsestionatl purpoaes. <br />Continueci to discuss sonae type of fosmula as a guide in ratiag an spplicmt; <br />conmt3ttee was formed from the maNtisrahip of the CIC to loak inta deve3aping a formula <br />and a guide line with reapect to rating applicants on individtul mober baris. <br />Also dtscuesed a deadline wherebq an applicant must exercise appraval of the in- <br />ducement sgreement after a pari.nd of one year from the closing data unleas that <br />action was extended by the CIC and the City of NOrth O1ffited. Discussed dual repre- <br />sentation - where bond ccxnsel map slsa raprssent the aQplicant as their g;meral <br />4D counsel. Recomend the application be amended to prov3de for apue wbere the <br />applicant can and shall pravide the nam of their general counsel along with bond <br />counsel. Diecussed the rafring of the depasit from its current $250 to $504 for <br />an application and CIC unanieoualy ap;?rovad the ratse.
