Mayar atated the plans might be campleted bq Sprtng and <br />into review." <br />Minutes of regular Couacil Meeting of Qctober 21, 1980, ware appraved aa aaetsded. <br />Minutes of apscial Couacil Meating of October 27, 1980, were approved. <br />Minutes of snecial Council Meeting of Oetober 3f), 19$% were approved. <br />Mayor Swietyniowski reported: 1) 3etvfce Director Corrigan, Citq Engineer Zurawski <br />and Mayor met today with the County Admiaaistrator to discuss negotietions on in- <br />creasing the sewer rates for the Towrashfp according to the existing contract. When <br />convenient, would like to diacusa with Finance Committee. <br />City Engineer Zuraweki roported: 1) In regard to Dover Center Rflad, the consultant <br />has been working on the p1an and prat'ile sheets; plotting the existiag utilitiea <br />and tho profile; plotting the proposed pavement, noting a11 conflicts with exfsting <br />utilities or trees, and lisve plotted the praposed sidewalks. A review af the <br />echeduie, as supplied by Countq Engineer Staekhouse, indicates the projeet hae been <br />programed for 1984. <br />2) Clague Road drainage plana have bean revised; have approxiaaately 45 sheats of <br />drainage platne. <br />3) Engineering Departmtat staf f has looa reduced to eight, f rom a high of twelve, <br />with the recent rssignaticm af Mr. Mid!tael 14elah, registered profesaional land <br />snrveyar. It is currently not anticipated that he wili be raplaced. <br />4) A review of the tnTestmark and nfenna Fioods Subdivision iadicates there are no <br />drsinage problems and evesything has bsen done according to plans. <br />5) City hss two pending spplicatioas bofore the Ohio EPA and the QSEPA for SSES <br />aacl a design on the tdastewater Tzeatmmt Plant. <br />6) State of Ohio has been granted an extension of vne year to program funds which <br />would have bean lost had they not retcaived the extension.
