<br />Special r4eeting of Cauncil was calied to order by President Liffipert at 7:30 P.M.
<br />Mr. Wilamasky moved Council amend the spndA to allaw sudience participaticsa,
<br />seconded by Nc[r. Boehmer. Affirmstive vote: Bcethmr, Logan, McKay. Pattrigac, Saxinger,
<br />Nilaawsky, tloerpel. Mution carr3ed.
<br />OrdinaACe No. 80-192, an ordinance amendi.ag Section 911.03 of the Codified Ordinaaces
<br />of the Citq of North Olmted entitled "Chargee Generallq" which is a part of
<br />Chapter 911 entitled 9°S&i1it8Xp 3ewC]C1t$# Sj/st@m Charges", aad de,clarfng an e.mergency,
<br />was discussed by Membera of Council and audience.
<br />Mrs. Saringer noved to place Qrdinance rlo. 80-132 back in Pinance Crnmmittee,
<br />seconded by Mr. laoerpel.
<br />^2r. Wilamoaky moved to table Ordiaance No. 80-132.
<br />Mr. Logan moved Council recess for fiftesn minutee, seconaed by r4ra. Petxfgac.
<br />Affirmative vote: Boehmer' Logea, McKay9 Petrigac, Sariagez, ?-Tilamosky, Tiberpal.
<br />Motion carried. Council in recese for fifteen minutee.
