Mr. Wilamosky alsa agreed that.Council should have tirne to review and consider this legisiation before adopting. Mr. Boehmer withdrew his secand. Mr. Woerpel's motion was then seconded by Mr. Logan. Rall call on motion far suspension of rule requiring three readings: Affirsative vote: Boehmer, Logan, McKay, Woerpel. Negative vote: Petrigac, Saringer, Wilamosky. Motion defeated.
