Resolutioa 'To. 81-146 <br />adonted. <br />Under Old Businesse <br />Mr. Wilamosky discussed the issnance of a liquor permit by the State of Ohio Co <br />Tru Bru, dba Red Tlead Gas Station, after Council had objeeted to it. After exulaininQ <br />what had transpired up to thfs naint, Mr. T-Tilamoskq moved thst the EnQineerinp; <br />Aepartment measure frrna the reaY of the Red Head Gaa Station buildin$ to the north <br />property line of the North Olmsted libraw on Jutternut Rf.dge Road and present that <br />information to Council and tha Law Depsrtmeant and further, to encour$ge the Law <br />Department to research other legal aresa whereby the City of North Olmsted can have <br />ita due right ta a public hear3ng with the t3hi,o Liquor Connniseion with respect to <br />this case, seeonded by "4rs. Saringer, unanimotsely approved. <br />Under ?tew B?-.siness a <br />r4rs. PetriRac atated that at the first meesting of 1982, as she usually does at every <br />first meeting, will try to make a change in the Standing Rules of Council. Also, <br />expressed her desire to serve on 9ZD Committee, Recreation Committee, aad the <br />Lepislation Conanittee. <br />M:embers of the Administration and Council extended good wishes and much success to <br />Finance Director Brockman, Council?nan FI;:K.ay, and President of Council DeveY I,impert <br />as they leave their respective office. Pxas3dent Limpert was particularly praiaed <br />for his twenty-tEao years of devoted and dedicated service to the Cit,y of North <br />nlmsted. <br />A Merry Christmas and a Happy "3eta Year was wished all residents of the City. <br />t4r. Boeh.ner moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Logan, seconded by Mr. 74lamosky, <br />unanimously approved. <br />Mrs. Saringer moved for adjournment, seconded by Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. <br />Meeting adjourned to the Call of Che Clerlc at 9e35 P.M. <br />Florence E.
