Councilman L4gan will ask to <br />table Ordinance 'Jo. 31-117 and ?`irs. Petxipac w3.11 aak that Ordinance Ao. 81-104 be <br />passed tonight under suspension o€ rule requiring three readings. <br />At Mr. Logan's request, Mrs. Petrigac read the new Section *,•Yhich rir. An <br />ordinance establishing a new Chapter 755 in the Buainess Regulation Gode of the <br />Codified Ordinancea of Che City of North Olmsted and to be entitled "Seeondhand <br />Dealers`°, as auaended. iMr. tiilamvoky moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Boe}tmer, <br />unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 81-105 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 81-111 introduced by lir. t,Tilamosky was given i.ts third reading. A <br />resolutian authorixing the Directox of PUblic Service to advaertise for b3ds for <br />50,000 gallons of sodivm almittate far use by the Service Denartment, and declaring <br />an emergency.
