Mr. Corrigare stated that the very rainy weather had held <br />up this project <br />Under New Business: <br />Mrs. Saringer xovtd to approve the appo3ntment of MY. Stsnleq B. Ebin to the <br />Architectural Reviaew Board for the tet^e` expiring December 31, 1982, seconded by <br />Mrs. Petrigac, unanimou:ly apprrnred. <br />Mrs. Petrigac thanked Mr. Petre for the prrnnpt attentivn he gave to a number of <br />items that were directed to the Safetq Departxent at the last Council tseeting. <br />Mrs. Petrigac also reported that a mdet#ng hact been held this morning with same of <br />the business people alcng Lorain -Rt>ad, at the east end of the Citq, apessheaded bq <br />the Red Lobster managemeaC. 3ince thsy do take revenue from the City, they would <br />Iike to give something back so a beeut3fication program will be initiateci by the <br />busineas people themselves. <br />On behalf of Council, Mrs. Petrigac, extettded birthday congratu},ations to Clerk of <br />Council, Florence Campbell. <br />1.4r. 3oehmer preaented a 35 year nembership pin fram the VFRR to President Limpert <br />and Council joinnd in the congratuZations. <br />Ysr.
