<br />Present: President 1?wey H. Limpert, Councilmen Bootmier, Logatn, McKaq,
<br />Pettigac, Ssringer, Waergei, Wilamosky.
<br />Also present: Mayor Robert 3aietpniowski, Fiaance Director Rabert Brockoan,
<br />Sa#ety Diawtor 8ugone Petre, Service Director Joseph Corrigan,
<br />Clerk of Cc»mcil Florence Campbell.
<br />Special Meeting of Council was called to order by President Limpert at 7:35 P.M.

<br />vote: Petrigac. 6 Ayes - 1 Naq - Motiem ca.rried. Ordiaance No. $1-12 advpted.

<br />eliminstion af the retquireseat that the Director of Finaace be required to serve on
<br />-a full-time basis, and deElariag an emrgencp. Mr. Woerpel vwved to renove
<br />Ordinance No. 81-32 from cxommi.ttee, seconded bq Mrs. Petrigac. Affiruttive vote:
