President Linpert anaounced that a new piece of legislation, Ordinance No. 81-27 requeeting the vaeatioa of a water Iim eueeaent, haa been placed oa first reeading and Mrs. Saringer will report oa the iueed for a auspeasiau of the rule requiring three raadiags. City Engineer Zurawski repcrted; 1) With reapect to the improveaents on Dover Center Road, the Caunty had agree+d to inelude ,comtruction of a left turn lane at tha inter- section o£ Butternut Ridge Rosd ant Dovor Center Rc?ad. This would be funded wfth federal feuids and caunty $5 1fcenre tag fuads. Should the City nat be able to obtain a small piece of gr€qerty an the northwest corner, the left tum lat?e may be acrapped rather thea delaq the en€ire prof ect. 2) A culvert on Colwabis Road, just south ot Butternut Ridge Road, has partially collapsed.
