Preaent contract expires December 31et of this pear. Commi.ttee has no <br />ob3ectioa. <br />5) Committee discussed Ordinance No. 82-109, transfer of funds in the amount of <br />$1,900. Committee has no abjection. <br />6) Committee discussed Ordinance No. 82-110, at-appropriation of $3,100 and Commi.ttee <br />has no objection. <br />7) Commcittee also discussed the City reveauea which are geaerally 3ess that what was <br />anticipated. Mayor adviaed he ia t3ghteaing <br />up on purchases and all purchaae ordere are r?aw gpoing through hia affiee for review. <br />People addresaing Couacil: <br />Mr. John Dufala, 5012 Grace Road, diaeussed the leck of grass and weed cutting atang <br />1480; the continuing need for anoiae barrier in t'he Grace Road area; air pollutfon <br />caused by diesel trucks which have deposited a film af b2ack oil on his residence. <br />Since the Admtaistration has exhausted evexy meana of trytng to get the Stste of Ohio <br />to remedq these complaints, Mr. Logan soved that Ccnunetl instruct the Ciazk of Council <br />to write a letter to State Senator Suhadolnik and gtate Raeprestntative Petro, in- <br />viting them to attend an 8nv3.rawmental Contrvl CowniCtee meeting, Wi.th the Grace <br />Road reeidents, second by Mr. Wilrmosky, unaniaoueiy approved. <br />The following residents exgressed their views on the proposed City Hall Cawplex, <br />specifically objecting to tte Serrriee Garage; the placesent of the perkiug lot; <br />lack of landscaping and buf€sr aones, and affered eugpeat3,osie for chaxtges or alter- <br />nate areas for constrnction: Mr. John Prtst, 5257 Dcver Center Road; Mt. Anthony <br />Colnar, 5284 Dover Center Roacl; Mr. Robe=t Pszry, 27150 Butternut &tdge Road; <br />Mr. W. R.
