Negative note: Petr3gac, Woerpel. S Aye - 2 msy - <br />Motion carried. Mr. Wilaesaaky maved for adoption, second bp Mr. Logan, unanimwusly <br />approned. Ordinance No. 82-118 adagted. <br />Finance Dixector Boyle asked Gouaci1 to reconsider suspending the rule requiring <br />three readinge on Resolutiom No. 92-114, bids for a camguter and saftware. If this <br />legislation has to go through three rsa8ings, through the bid pracesa, and another <br />week after the bids are opened to be ararded, there would not be tiaee to malc;+a the <br />next sewer billing, therefore every reeident in the City wi11 paq an extra $2.25 <br />agsin. If Conncil wauld move an the l,egtslatioa tonight, the residents and the City <br />could possibly be saved some aoneq. Mrs. Sa,ringer mpved Council recansfder <br />ResoZution No. 82-114.
