McKay, unanimously approved. <br />LEGISLATION• <br />Ordinance No. 82-32 intrvdueed by Mr. Wilamosky was givea its seaond readin$. Ati <br />ordiaance establishiag a aew femd, adding to the financial structure of the City of <br />North Olmsted, a fund knawn as "Casualty Loss Fund", and decl.aring an emergencq. <br />Mr. Wilamoskp annourtced the fallowing changes to Ordinance No. $2-21: Firet Page, <br />"TOTAL SALARY, $80,995" sha11 read "TOT,AL SAL,ARY, $79,495"; Second Pags, anew line <br />item ehall be added„ which she11 appegr as the firet line item on the page, aad <br />shall read "General Cletica3., Part Time, $1,500". <br />Mr. WiZamosky asked if Mayor Sw3zetyniowski had any objections to the amendments as <br />recommeaded by the Finance Comm3.ttee. Mayor requested Council meet in executive <br />sessivn for discussion. <br />Mr. McKay moved Council rer,ess for five m3nutes, seconded by Mr. Wilamosky, unani- <br />mously approved. Couacil moved into executive session. <br />Upon reconvening, Mayoz Swietyniowski stated he had no objection to the svendmente <br />the Finance Cotmaittee submitted to Council in the form of Ordinance No. 82-21, as <br />amended. <br />Ordinance No. 82-21 intraduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its aecond reading. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenaes and other expenditures fvr <br />the City of North Olmsted, 4hio, for the year ending DeEeaber 31, 1982, as aumded. <br />Mr. Wilamooky moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Logan, Mrs. Saringer and Mr. Woerpe1, <br />seconded by Mr. MeKay, unaaimously approved. <br />Meeting was ad3ourned by President Boehmer at 8:40 P.M. <br />? <br />?J . <br />orence E. ?tphell, C' k of Council James D.
