<br />President Boehmer announced that Oxdiaasce No. 81-145, an ordinmce authorixiag the
<br />sale of eurplus personal property amed by the Citq of North Olmsted and prevfo+usly
<br />used by the Department of Public Safetp, namly, the Police Departamt, aad declar-
<br />ing an emergency, has been added to the sgeada; Orrlinaace No. 82-20, an ordinance
<br />establishing rates of compensatioa far esrious Aclmitti.strative parsocmel, and de-
<br />clariag an emezgancq, and Ordinaace No. 82-22, an ordinance estabZishiag the orgen-

<br />Finance Director Boqle reporteds 1) Wi11 have a financial report aB of the end of
<br />1981, also to the end of Januarq, 1982, by the next regular Council Meeting.
<br />2) As of todap, City has eligtttly aver $1,700,000 iu"sted at a rate betweea
<br />I2-3/4x and 13-1/2X.
<br />Law Director Garesu report¢d: 1) The jail standarda case is pending in Cosmon Pieas

<br />Safety Director Petre rerported: 1) Rcrosld Previe hae bmet appointed as a Firemsn
<br />at the North O1ffieted Fire Ikpartment, effeset3.ve March S, 1982. Mr. John Gibbons
<br />has been appointed as a Bui.ldin$ Inspector ia the Buildi.ng Department.
<br />2) New police vehicles and radios have boen delivered and ia in the pxocesa of adding
<br />theee to the fleet.
