An ordfn- <br />ance aputhoriging Ctbe sale of surplue pexaonal pxoperty cwmed by thr City of Narth <br />Olmsted and previ.ously used by the Dep$rtmeAt of Public Services, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 82-4 introduced by Atr. I.ogan was gi.ven its eecoad reading. A resolu- <br />tion attthorizing the D#:rectos of Pvtblic SErvice to adv+ertise for bids for six (6) <br />1981 or 19C pickup trucics tfl be used 3n the operation of the I6erth Olmsted Service <br />Department, and declariug aa emergency. Mr. Waerpel mcved for suspension of rule <br />requirfng tlaree xeadimgs, aeconded by Mr. McKsy. Roll call on motion: Affirmative <br />vote: Bieraan, McKay, Saringer, Woeipel. Negative vote: Petrigac, Wilmvskq. <br />? 4 Ayes - 2 Naps -Motion failed. <br />Resolution Ho. 82-5 intraduced by Mr. Wilamosky waa given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the DirQCtar of Public Ssswice to advertise for bids foz a <br />new telephone syetem for the Citp flall CcaWlex, Po3ice Statfon, and Fire Statian.
