Ae thmmn iittroftced the <br />Members of Council and Aduiaistration. <br />Minutes of the regular Council Meeting of December 15, 1981, t+ere approved. <br />Minutea of the specisl Council Meetittg of December 28, 1961, were approved. <br />Mr. Logan stated that he wbu3.d like to correct the minutes of December 15, 1481, on <br />Page Zwc, the second last paragraph.
