MINUTES OF THr SPF.CIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY 0F NORTTI OL"IST.F,D <br />DF.CEMBER 27, 1983 <br />Present: Pres:ident James Boefimer, Councilmen Bierman, McKay, 0'Grady, <br />Wilamosky. <br />Also presents Finance Director Edward Boyle, Clerk of Gouncil Florence Campbell. <br />Absent: Councilmen Petrigac and iJoerpel. <br />Special Meeting of Cvuncil was called to order by President Boehmer at 7:30 P.M. <br />LEGISLATIaN: <br />Ordinance o. 83,126 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other ex- <br />penditures for the City of Nortfi. Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, <br />1983, and declaring an emergency, as amended. Mr. tAailamosky moved for adontion, <br />second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 83-126 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 83-150 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for <br />the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1984, as amended. <br />Mr. Wilamosk_y moved for adootion, second by Mr. 0'Grady, unanimously approved. <br />Ordinance No, 83-•150 adopted. <br />Mr. McKay moved to excuse the absence of Mrs. Petrigac and Mr. Woerpel, second by <br />Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. <br />There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the Special Council <br />Meeting at 7:35 P.M. <br />? <br />F orence E.
