MINiTTES OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />DECIIMBER 20, 1983 <br />8:00 P.M. <br />Present: Council President James Boehmer, Councilmen Bierman, Logan, McKay, <br />O'Grady, Wilamosky, [doerpel. <br />Also present: Mayor Robert Swietyniowski, Law Director Michael Gareau, Finance <br />Director Edward Boyle, Clerk of Council Fl.orence Campbell. <br />Absent: Councilwoman Petrigac <br />Public Hearing was called to order by President Boehmer at 8:00 P.M. <br />President Boehmer announced the public hearing was being held with regard to <br />Ordinance No. 83-152, An ordinance authorizinp, the issuance of $2,500,000 <br />Industrial Development First Mortgage Revenue Note of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, in order to assist Fairview T+Iest Partners, Ltci., an Ohio Limited Partner- <br />ship, in financing the costs of the acquisition, construction, improvement, and <br />equipping of a commercial f_acility to be owned by such partnership and leased <br />to Fairview Realty Ma.nagement Comnany, to be used as a medical building, located <br />within tlie boundaries of the City; authorizing the issuance of additional notes; <br />providing for the pledge of revenues and receipts f.or the payment of said proceeds <br />derived from the sale of said notes!, and to further secure the payment of <br />princioal, premium, if any, and interest on said notes by the assignment of such <br />loan agreement. <br />President Boehmer asked if anyone in the audience wished to address Council with <br />regard to Ordinance No. 83-152.
