An <br />ardinance establishing a Petty Cash Fund for the Human Resourees Department in the <br />maximum amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) to be used for servicing emergency <br />indigent clients, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Woerpel. moved for adoption, seeond <br />by Mr. McKay. Affirmative vote: Bierman, Logan, McKay, Petrigac, Saringer, Woerpel. <br />Ordinance No. 83-129 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 83-130 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. A resolu- <br />tion authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga County General <br />Health District for the year 1984 and declaring an emergenc_y. Mr. McKay moved for <br />adoption, second by Mrs. Saringer. Affirmative vote: Bierman, Logan, McKay, Petrigac, <br />Saringer, Woerpel. Resolution No. 83-130 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 83--131 introduced by Mrr. Petrigac was given its secand reading. An <br />ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for <br />the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1983, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 83-132 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the complement of the Parks and Recreation Department, affixing <br />the compensation to be paid the members thereof and repealing Ordinaace No. 83-62, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No, 83-133 introduced by Mr. Wilamoskv was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the organization and composition of the non-uniform nersonnel <br />of the Police Department, together with salaries and various benefits for said <br />employees, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 83-134 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its first reading. An ordin- <br />ance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the consulting firm of <br />Dalton-Dalton-Newport for the construction management of improvements to the North <br />Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Plant and Sanitary Sewer System according to the proposal <br />in the revised Facility Plan Step 3 apnlication for the North Olmsted Facility Plan <br />Area. <br />Ordinance No. 83T135 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its first reading. An ordinance <br />authorizing and directing the Director of Public Service to advertise for the con- <br />struction of advanced secondary additions and modifications to the existing Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant, including phosphorous removal, nitrif.ication, odor control and solids <br />handling facilities as in the plans and specifications approved by the Ohio Environ- <br />mental Protection Agency's permit issued September 22, 1983, and known as Pro,ject No. <br />C-391665 03, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. $3-136 introduced by Mr. 14oerpel was given its first reading. An ordin- <br />ance amending Section 1221.09 of the 7oning Code entft.led "Supplementary Regulations" <br />of Chapter 1221 entitled "Signs". <br />Ordinance No. 83-137 introduced by Mr. Bierman was given its first reading. An ordin- <br />ance providing for the amenc3ment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted, which <br />Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the Citv of *lorth Olmsted, by changing the <br />premises hereinafter described from C Single Residence District to Multiple Residence <br />District.
