Council Minutes of 11/15/83 --4- LEGISLATION (cont?' dT)T Ordinance No 83-129 introdueed by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An ardinance establishing a Petty Cash Fund for the Human Resourees Department in the maximum amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) to be used for servicing emergency indigent clients, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Woerpel. moved for adoption, seeond by Mr. McKay. Affirmative vote: Bierman, Logan, McKay, Petrigac, Saringer, Woerpel. Ordinance No. 83-129 adopted. Resolution No. 83-130 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. A resolu- tion authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga County General Health District for the year 1984 and declaring an emergenc_y. Mr. McKay moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Saringer. Affirmative vote: Bierman, Logan, McKay, Petrigac, Saringer, Woerpel. Resolution No. 83-130 adopted. Ordinance No. 83--131 introduced by Mrr. Petrigac was given its secand reading. An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1983, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 83-132 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing the complement of the Parks and Recreation Department, affixing the compensation to be paid the members thereof and repealing Ordinaace No. 83-62, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No, 83-133 introduced by Mr. Wilamoskv was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing the organization and composition of the non-uniform nersonnel of the Police Department, together with salaries and various benefits for said employees, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 83-134 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its first reading. An ordin- ance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the consulting firm of Dalton-Dalton-Newport for the construction management of improvements to the North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Plant and Sanitary Sewer System according to the proposal in the revised Facility Plan Step 3 apnlication for the North Olmsted Facility Plan Area. Ordinance No. 83T135 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its first reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Director of Public Service to advertise for the con- struction of advanced secondary additions and modifications to the existing Wastewater Treatment Plant, including phosphorous removal, nitrif.ication, odor control and solids handling facilities as in the plans and specifications approved by the Ohio Environ- mental Protection Agency's permit issued September 22, 1983, and known as Pro,ject No. C-391665 03, and declaring an emergency. An ordin- ance amending Section 1221.09 of the 7oning Code entft.led "Supplementary Regulations" of Chapter 1221 entitled "Signs". An ordin- ance amending Section 1174.06 of the Zoning Code entitled "Rear Yard Restriction" of Chapter 1174 entitled "Height and Area Regulations for Retail ?3usiness Districts". Ordinance No. 83-138 introduced b,y Mr. Woerpel was given its first reading. An ordin- ance providing for the amenc3ment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted, which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the Citv of *lorth Olmsted, by changing the premises hereinafter described from C Single Residence District to Multiple Residence District.
