CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 83-22 PAGE SEVEN TOTAL APPROPRIATIONS ALL FUNDS, INCLUDING SECTIONS BEIA[J $16,19l3.fl63,00 SECTION 2: That there be appropriated from the Sewer Debt Service Fund the following: Sewer Debt Service Fund--------------------------- $ 537,078 SECTION 3: That there be appropriated for the General Obligation Retirement Fund the following: Bond Retirement Fund------------------------------ $1,308,949 SECTION 4: That there be appropriated from the Special Assessment Bond Re- tirement Fund the following: Special Assessment Bond Retirement Fund----------- $ 258,416 SECTION 5: That there be appropriated from the Police Pension Transfer fund the following: Police Pension Transfer Fund-- -- $ 95,682 SECTION 6: That there be appropriated from the Fire Pension Transfer Fund the following: Fire Pension Transfer Fund------------------------ $ 95,682 SECTION 7: That there be appropriated from the Casualty Loss Fund the following: Casualty Loss Fund-------------------------------- $ 25,000 SECTION 8: That there be appropriated from the Facility Construction Fund the following: Buildings----------------------------------------- $1,000,000 Equipment----------------------------------------- 66,666 TOTAL FACILITY CONSTRUCTION FUND $1,066,666 SECTION 9: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of th is Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. SECTION 10: That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the aforegoing appropriations upon re- ceiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further that the appropriations for cantingencies can only be expended upon approval o.f two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a legal obli- gation against the City and for purposes other than those covered by the other specific appropriations herein made. ' SECTION 11: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. PASSED: ATTEST: FLORENCE E.
