P],ease cantact the "lorth Olmsted <br />Police Aepartment if anyone haa informatian that might be helpful. <br />5) Has forwarded copies of VLB`s pxcrpassd budget for 1983 to all Council Metabers. <br />Mrs. Petrigac, Chairman of Long Range Planning Camm.i.ttee reported! 1) Couticii-as-a- <br />?,?hol.e Cnsmittee met January 12th to diacuss mvving Council Chtaabers snd Caueus Room <br />from Town Hall to the new Adm3aisiration Building. In attendence were President <br />Boehmer, Courncilwen McItay, 3arinAer, Wilamca!sky and Petrigac, wfia agreed to move the <br />Council Chambers and Caucus Room ta the upstair$ of the Aew AdminisCration Building <br />providad Council had complete saq as to hcaw it would be designad, €urniahed, painted, <br />etc. Zt was furtler agzeed to have a comittee work with the arch3tect and admia3.stra- <br />tion on thiit project. Mrs. Petrigac noved Council appoint an interim commi,ttee, con- <br />sisting of Cauncilnien McKay, Fetrtgzxc and Wilamosky, to serve as Council's representatives <br />to work w3th the architect a.nd administration in building the Council Ghambers and <br />Caucus Room, second b.y Mr. L1ilampskp, unanimously approved. <br />2} On Thursday, Januarq 13th, Long Raage PlanninQ Coasni.ttee, wlth Councilwoatsn Saringer <br />and Petrigsc present, aret with Councilman ifuerpel and Retty Lord and Marlene Orzechowski <br />from the Lanclmarks ComLssion. After infc?rati.ng tlem that Council wauld be maving from <br />Town Ha11, Com3.tte@ asked €ox input as to what and how Town Hall could best serve <br />the comsunitg. I?iscussed Ordinanr.e No. 82-150 which authorizes the Mgyor to hire a <br />consultaat to wflrk with the Landmrks Conmiesittn for the purpose of xehabilitating <br />Town Ha11, a National Regiatered Landmark. Thrre was some cancem with regard to <br />Section 2. NQrCh Qlmsted's survey has been completed and <br />a copy was received by the Maqor; wi11 be made available to Long Ranpge P1aaniag <br />Committee. <br />Mrs. Saxiuger, Chairmsn Intra-Governmental RP'i.atians and Legislative CommiCtee re- <br />ported: 1) Cosprittee met on Januaty I7th wit%? all aembers preeent as welk as Preaident <br />of Comeil Boehmer and Sezv3.ce I?irectQr Cvrrigan. At the last Caimcil Meeting, <br />4D Mrs. Satiapr negiected to ask Counci1'e approval of Mr. Jarnes Burr?s for reappointment <br />to the Plann3.ag Comsnission although it was ia her written report, Mrs. Saringer moved <br />Council apprave the reappointmem.t af Ift.
