MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />DECEMBER 13, 1984 <br />Present: President James Boehmer, Councilmen Bierman, O'Grady, Rademaker, <br />Wilamosky. <br />Also present: Mayor Robert Swietyniowski, Finance Director Edward Boyle, Clerk of <br />Council Florence Campbell. <br />Absent: Councilmen: Petrigac, Saringer, Tallon. <br />Special Council Meeting was called to order by President Boehmer at 7:55 P.M. <br />Because the established criteria for calling Special Council Meetings had not been <br />met, Mr. Wilamosky moved Council adjourn since there might be some question about <br />the legality of this meeting, second by Mr. Bierman. Roll call on motion: Affirma- <br />tive vote: Bierman, ?,lilamosky. Negative vote: O'Grady, Rademaker. 2 Aye - 2 Nay - <br />Tie vote. President Boehmer voted "yes". 3 Aye - 2 Nay - Motion carried. <br />There being no further business, members present adjourned at 8:00 P.M. <br />6 - <br />Florence E.
