MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />NOVEMBER 13, 19$4 <br />Present: President James Boehmer, Councilmen Bierman, O'Grady, Petrigac, <br />Rademaker, Saringer, Wilamosky. <br />Also present: Mayor Robert Swietyniowski, Law Director Michael Gareau, Finance <br />Director Edward Boyle, Clerk of Council Florence Campbell. <br />Absent: Councilman Tallon. <br />Special Council Meeting was called to order by President Boehmer at 11:40 P.M. <br />President Boehmer announced that this Special Council Meeting had been called so <br />Council could vote to either agree or not agree with ?4ayor Swietyniowski's de- <br />cision to terminate James Logan as Director of Budget and Management. A "yes" <br />vote would be for the termination; a "no" vote would be against the termination. <br />At the call of the Clerk, the response was as follows: Councilman Bierman - yes; <br />Councilman O'Grady - no; Councilwoman Petrigac - yes; Councilman Rademaker - yes; <br />Councilwoman Saringer - yes; Councilman Wilamosky - yes. 5 Aye - 1 Nay - termin- <br />ation of James Logan as Director of Budget and Management confirmed by Council. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved to excuse the absence of_ Mr. Tallon, second by Mr. Bierman, <br />unanimously approved. <br />There being no further business, the Special Council P4eeting was adjourned by <br />President Boehmer at 11:45 P.?4. <br />tl~ <br />Florence E.
