MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />JUNE 13, 1984 <br />Present: President James Boehmer, Councilmen Bierman, O'Grady, Petrigac, <br />Tallon, Wilamosky. (Mrs. Saringer present at 6;33 A.M.) <br />Also present: Mayor Robert Swietyniowski, Finance Director Edward Boyle, Clerk <br />of Council Florence Campbell. <br />Absent: Councilman Rademaker. <br />Special Meeting of Council was called to order by President Boehmer at 6:30 P.M. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Resolution No. 84-50 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. A <br />final resolution adopting plans; proposing to cooperate; and requesting the <br />Director of Transportation to proceed with the resurfacing of State Route No. <br />10 (Lorain Avenue), within the City of North Olmsted, from State Route No. 17 <br />to the North Olmsted east corporation limit. Total length of work being approx- <br />imately 2.47 miles. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption, second by Mr. Wilamosky, <br />unanimously approved. Resolution No. 84-50 adopted. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved Finance Director Boyle present a Fiscal Officer's Certificate <br />to Council with respect to Ordinance No. 84-51, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously <br />approved. Finance Director Boyle presented Fiscal Officer's Certificate. <br />Councilwoman Saringer now present. <br />Ordinance No. 84-51 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $205,000 notes in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds to pay cost of improving Lorain Road (State Route 10) <br />between certain termini in cooperation with the Director of Transportation of the <br />State of Ohio, by resurfacing with asphaltic concrete and reconstructing the <br />pavement base, curbs and sidewalks where necessary, together with all necessary <br />appurtenances thereto. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption, second by Mr. Wilamosky, <br />unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 84-51 adopted. <br />Councilman Rademaker now present. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved to excuse the absence of Councilman Rademaker, second by <br />Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. <br />There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the Special Council <br />Meeting at 6:35 A.M. <br />6• ~ <br />Florence E.
