MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />APRIL 26, 1984 <br />Present: President James Boehmer, Councilmen Bierman, O'Grady, Petrigac, <br />Saringer, Wilamosky. <br />Also present: Mayor Robert Swietyniowski, Service Director Corrigan, Clerk of <br />Council Florence Campbell. <br />Absent: Councilmen Rademaker and Tallon. <br />Special Meeting of Council was called to order by President Boehmer at 7:20 P.M. <br />Mr. O'Grady moved Council suspend Rule Five of the Rules of Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted to allow Resolution No. 84-30 to be placed on the agenda for <br />third reading, second by Mr. Wilamosky. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: <br />O'Grady, Petrigac, Saringer, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Bierman. 4 Aye - 1 Nay - <br />Motion carried. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Resolution No. 84-30 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its third <br />reading. A resolution assuring the approval of the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted in connection with the Industrial Pretreatment Program costs <br />as outlined in Appendix C, Section C.B, Administrative and Annual Program <br />costs, of the Pretreatment Program Documents, and authorising the Mayor to <br />file the City's Industrial Pretreatment Program with the Ohio Environmental <br />Protection Agency. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption, second by Mr. Wilamosky, <br />unanimously approved. Resolution No. 84-30 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 84-40 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given-its first reading. <br />An ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 911 of the Codified Ordinances <br />entitled "Sewers Generally" and adopting a new and revised Chapter 917 of the <br />Codified Ordinances entitled "Industrial Pretreatment", and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, <br />second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for <br />adoption, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 84-40 <br />adopted. <br />Mr. tilamosky moved to excuse the absence of Councilmen Rademaker and Tallon, <br />second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. <br />There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the Special Council <br />Meeting at 7:25 P.M. <br />F orence E.
