An <br />ordinance transferring funds for current expenses and other expenditures for the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1984, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 84-28 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance transferring funds for current expenses and other expenditures for the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1984. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved Council be presented with a Fiscal Officer's Certificate with <br />respect to Ordinance No. 84-29, second by Mr. Bierman, unanimously approved. <br />Finance Director Boyle presented Fiscal Officer's Certificate. <br />Ordinance No. 84-29 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the .issuance of notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds <br />for the purpose of paying costs of improving and expanding the Municipal Wastewater <br />Treatment Facilities. <br />Mrs. Saringer moved to excuse the absence of Councilman Tallon, second by Mr. Rade- <br />maker, unanimously approved. <br />There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the Special Council <br />Meeting at 9:50 P.M. <br />Florence E.
