<br />resolution accepting for recording purposes only, the Pheasants WalI~ Subdivision
<br />in the City of North Olmsted.
<br />Ordinance No. 83-154 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordin-
<br />ance amending Title Seven entitled "Local Provisions" of Part Thirteen, of the
<br />Building Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, by enacting a
<br />new Chapter 1367, entitled "Regulations of Dish-type Satellite Signal-receiving
<br />Earth Stations", and declaring an emergency.

<br />Mr. Wilamosky moved Mr. Tallon serve as Chairman of the Building, Zoning and De-
<br />velopment Committee, with Councilmen Bierman and Rademaker as members, second by
<br />Mr. O'Grady. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: O'Grady, Petrigac, Rademaker,
<br />Saringer, Tallon, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Bierman. 6 Aye - 1 Nay -Motion carried.

<br />Committee, with Councilwomen Petrigac and Saringer as members, second by Mr. Tallon.

<br />Mr. Tallon moved Councilman O'Grady serve as Chairman Public Safety, health and Welfare

<br />Mrs. Saringer stated that although she was going to give the chairmanship of the
<br />Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings Committee to Mrs. Petrigac, she had been on
<br />Council the longest and really would like to serve as Chairman of this committee.
<br />Mrs. Petrigac stated that the Chairmanship of the Recreation Committee had been
<br />thoroughly discussed in the executive session; she has long shown an interest by
<br />attending Recreation Committee and Recreation Commission meetings over the years;
<br />although she had asked several times, she was never allowed to be on the Recreation
<br />Committee. Through compromise, it had been decided that Mrs. Petrigac would chair
<br />the Recreation Committee and Mrs. Saringer would be Council's representative to the
<br />Recreation Commission.
<br />Mrs. Petrigac moved that the Recreation, Public Parks and Building Committee be chaired
<br />by Mrs. Petrigac, with Councilman O'Grady and Councilwoman Saringer as members, second
<br />by Mr. Rademaker. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: O'Grady, Petrigac, Rademaker.
<br />Negative vote: Bexman~ Sax'ingex, Tallon, T~lilamosky. 3 Aye - 4 Nay - ?lotion failed.
