MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />JULY 15, 1985 . <br />Present: President James Boehmer, Councilmen Bierman, O'Grady, Petrigac, <br />Rademaker, Saringer, Tallon, Wilamosky. <br />Also present: Mayor Robert Swietyniowski, Finance Director Edward Boyle, Acting <br />Clerk of Council Linda Spencer. <br />Special Council Meeting was called to order by President Boehmer at 7:30 P.M., <br />in Council Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Resolution No. 85-76 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its third reading. <br />A resolution adopting the budget of the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal year <br />beginning January 1, 1986, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, and de- <br />claring an emergency. <br />To clarify the statute requirements, for the record, Mr. Wilamosky asked Finance <br />Director Boyle to state what they were with respect to the "estimated" 1986 budget. <br />Finance Director advised the legislation must be passed by the 15th of July and <br />submitted to the County Auditor by the 17th of July. <br />Mr. O'Grady moved Council adopt Resolution No. 85-76, second by Mr. Wilamosky, <br />unanimously approved. Resolution No. 85-76 adopted. <br />There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the Special Council <br />Meeting at 7:45 P.M. <br />~1C.0~ <br />Spenc r, Acting Clerk of Council awes D.
