Council Minutes of 6/5/85 _6_
Under New Business:
,~` Mrs. Petrigac presented a petition containing 55 signatures from the residents
`~` on Tallwood Drive. The request was for street lighting. Mrs. Petrigac pointed
out that she had presented a petition requesting installation of street lights
on Tallwood Drive on October 23, 1980, so the same request had been made five years
ago. There has been a lot of vandalism in the area, particularly to mail boxes,
with some residents having to replace their mail boxes as often as three or four
times. President Boehmer placed the petition in Safety Committee for consideration.
Mr. Bierman asked that the record reflect council's appreciation to the residents
for the passage of a charter amendment which would change the city's primary
election date to coincide with that of the State of Ohio.
There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the council meeting
at 9:25 P.M.
orence E.
