MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />APRIL 22, 1985 <br />Present: President James Boehmer, Councilmen Bierman, Petrigac, Rademaker, <br />Saringer, Tallon, Wilamosky. <br />Also present: Mayor Robert Swietyniowski, Law Director Michael Gareau, Finance <br />Director Edward Boyle, Clerk of Council Florence Campbell. <br />Absent: Councilman O'Grady. <br />Special Council Meeting was called to order by President Boehmer at 8:00 P.M., <br />in Council Caucus Room, 5200 Dover Center Road. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 85-47 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky on behalf of the Council of the <br />City of North Olmsted was given its first reading. An ordinance directing the <br />Mayor, Director of Public Service, and Director of Law to take whatever means <br />are necessary to insure that the City of North Olmsted continues to retain control <br />over its Municipal Bus Line which is presently being threatened with take-over by <br />the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by <br />Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by <br />Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 85-47 adopted. <br />Mr. Bierman moved to excuse the absence of Councilman O'Grady, second by Mr. Tallon, <br />unanimously approved. <br />There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the Special Council <br />Meeting at 8:07 P.M. <br />i <br />lorence E.
