MIN[ITES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />MARCH 12, 1985 <br />Present: President James Boehmer, Councilmen Bierman, O'Grady, Petrigac <br />Rademaker, Saringer, Tallon, ?Vilamosky. <br />Also present: Mayor Robert Swietyniowski, Finance Director Boyle, Clerk of <br />Council Florence Campbell. <br />Special Council Meeting was called to order by President Boehmer at 8:35 P.M., <br />in Council Caucus Room, 5200 Dover Center Road. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Or finance o. 85-19 introduced by Mr. tVilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the issuance of $430,000 in aggregate principal amount of <br />Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (Carriage Carnet Co. Project) of the City <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio, the proceeds of which shall be loaned to Carriage Carpet <br />Co, to assist „in the financing of a commercial facility; providing for the pledge <br />of revenues far the payment of such bonds; authorizing a loan agreement, trust <br />indenture, bond purchase agreement and assignments appropriate for the protection <br />and disposition of such revenues and to further secure such bonds; and authorizing <br />other actions in connection with the issuance of such bonds, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, <br />second by Mr. O'Grady. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: Bierman, O'Grady, <br />Petrigac, Rademakex, Tallon, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Saringer. 6 Aye - 1 Nay - <br />r~~otion carried. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by P1r. O'Grady, unani- <br />mously approved.
