MIN[JTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OFT.HE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />FEBRUARY 25, 1985 <br />Present: President James Boehmer, Councilmen Bierman, Petrigac, Tallon, <br />i~]ilamosky. <br />Also present: Mayor Robert Swietyniowski, Finance Director Edward Boyle, <br />Clerk of Council Florence Campbell. <br />Absent: Councilmen O'Grady, Rademaker, Saringer. <br />Special Council Meeting was called to order by President Boehmer at 7:25 P.M., <br />in Council Caucus Room, 5200 Dover Center Road. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 85-14 introduced by Mr. [ailamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for the Mayor, City of North <br />Olmsted, for the term of office commencing January 1, 1Q86, and ending December 31, <br />1989, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 85-15 introduced by Mr. [ailamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing and fixing; the compensation for the Director of Law of the <br />City of North Olmsted for the term of office commencing January 1, 1986, and ending <br />December 31, 1989, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 85-16 introduced by Mr. [ailamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for the Director of Finance of <br />the City of North Olmsted for the term of office commencing January 1, 1986, and <br />ending December 31, 1989, and declaring an emergency, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 85-17 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky cvas given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for the President of Council of. <br />the City of North Olmsted for the term of office commencing January 1, 1986, and <br />ending December 31, 1989, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 85-18 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for the ward Council Members of <br />the City of North Olmsted for the term of office commencing January 1, 1986, and <br />ending December 31, 1989, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Bierman moved to excuse the absence of Councilmen O'Grady, Rademaker, anc[ <br />Saringer, second by Mrs. Petrigac, unanimously approved. <br />There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the Special Council <br />Meeting at 7:30 P.M. <br />~®"///~/~ f ///f <br />Florence E.
