~, MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING MARCH 4, 1986 7:00 P.M. Present: President Dwayne Woerpel, Councilmen Lackey, McKay, O'Grady, Rademaker, Wilamosky. Also present: Mayor Yvonne Petrigac, Clerk of Council Florence Campbell. Absent: Councilwoman Saringer. Public Hearing was called to order by President Woerpel at 7:OS P.M. President Woerpel announced that the Public Hearing had been spect to Ordinance No. 85-137, an ordinance amending Section section (k), of the Zoning Code, entitled "Accessory Uses In District", of Chapter 1151 of the Zoning Code, entitled "Use President Woerpel asked if anyone in the audience wished to legislation. There was no audience participation. called with re- .1151.04, Sub- Any Residence Restrictions". address this President Woerpel announced that the Public Hearing had .also been called with respect. to Ordinance No. 86-0, an ordinance providing for .the amend- ment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted, which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, by changing the premises hereinafter described from General Retail Business District to Single Residence B District. President Woerpel asked if anyone in the audience wished to address this legislation. Mr. Carl Pfaff, 4635 Fleharty, Bruce Bruehler, Root Road, Martin Raffay, Root Road, and Dr. Jung Yong discussed the zoning change. Council explained the necessity for the change: the rear portions of the two parcels currently fronting on Lorain Road will now be one large parcel, zoned Single Residence B District,. fronting on Root Road, with ingress and egress onto Root Road; property can now be developed properly. President Woerpel announced that the Public Hearing had also been called with respect to Ordinance No. 8'6-3, an ordinance amending Section 121.7.0$ of the Zoning Code, entitled "Review Procedures Of Applications" of Chapter 1217, entitled "Architectural Review Board". President Woerpel asked if anyone in the audience wished to address this legislation. There was no audience participation. The agenda being completed and there being no further business, President Woerpel adjourned the Public Hearing at 7:35 P.M. lorence E.
